Easy Returns allows you to request a return within 24 hours of product delivery, but this option is available for specific products in accordance with our websites terms and conditions.
  • The ease of Product Returns is contingent on both your shipping location and the courier company’s ability to facilitate prompt product dispatch. Please be prepared for some patience, as the entire process may require approximately 15 to 20 business days or even longer to get processed.
  • To qualify for a hassle-free Product Return, the item must remain in the same condition as when you received it, without any signs of wear or use, including all attached tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will be required to furnish a valid receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return request.
  • In order to facilitate Returns or Replacement Requests for Children’s Food Products, customers are required to provide valid photo or video as evidence. Failure to do so will result in the non-acceptance of such Return or Replacement requests.
  • In the case of Returns or Replacement Requests pertaining to Children’s Food Products, we regret to inform you that, in most instances, we won’t be encouraging such Return Requests due to the product being highly perishable & can get easily contaminated during the whole process.
  • If your Product Return is approved by us, we will provide you with the return shipping details along with comprehensive instructions on how and where to send the package back to us. (Please be informed this process might take around 15 to 20 business days to get processed.)
  • Products returned to us without contacting us or without our approval will not be considered, processed, or eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
